Terms & Conditions

• At the time of making a reservation your credit card details will be required to secure the booking in regard to our cancellation policy. No charges will be taken at that time.
• At check in a credit card must be provided to cover all charges that may be made against the room and any possible damages caused by misuse or carelessness. If paying by cash, your accommodation charges plus $300 bond will be required at check in.
• Cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, otherwise if we are unable to relet the room(s) cancelled within that time frame then cancellation fees to recover the lost earnings may apply. The fees will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
• Please note that bookings made are only valid for the dates as booked and for the number of people indicated. We reserve the right to have periods of minimum stays, and a maximum number of guests in our rooms.
• Companies requiring credit must apply to the Manager.
• Our check in time is between the hours of 2pm and 9pm on the day of arrival and check out time is before 10am on the day of departure. Variations outside these times must be arranged with reception prior to the day of arrival or departure so that staffing arrangements can be made. We are happy to store your luggage and have a waiting area if required.
• All our rooms, balconies and indoor guest service area's are strictly non smoking. Ash trays are provided outside the rooms along the entrance walkways and around our outdoor seating area's.
• One car park is provided for each guest room booked and if more are required then this must be checked with reception prior to your stay.
